Annual Rent Recertification
AMHA conducts annual recertifications. AMHA may process your annual recertification by mail and/or online. The annual recertification is not considered complete until all forms are completed and signed, and all documents that are needed have been received by the Recertification Department.
By mail- Completely fill out and sign the forms mailed to you. Mail back along with any documents that have been requested.
Online- Complete the online form (see below). Attach any documents that are needed. You will also still need to sign and return the Release of Information forms by mail.
