AMHA Resident Services connects low-income residents with supportive services in partnership with the greater community that encourages individuals and families to reach their full potential.
Vision Statement
We envision a community with adequate resources that will empower low-income residents to grow, become independent, more educated, and healthier members of the community.
Resident Services provides professional, respectful services to our residents and community partners in support of meeting residents’ needs while also supporting community priorities. We strive to meet and exceed our goals that include:

AMHA links residents, housing applicants, and voucher holders to a range of services, including:
- Emergency Services/Basic Needs
- Case Management
- Early Childhood Education Programs
- Youth Programs

- Homeownership Education
- Food and community gardening
- Independent Living Services
- Mental Health Services
- Health & Wellness Programs

Core AMHA Resident Service programs that are offered to all residents living with AMHA include: Early Childhood Initiative, Family Self Sufficiency Program, Service Coordination, and The Reach Opportunity Center at Summit Lake.
