  • Normal Requests: Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • After-Hours Emergency Requests: 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Weekdays
  • 24 Hours - Holidays and Weekends

Information Needed

When placing a maintenance request, please be prepared to offer the following information and to answer the questions below:

  • Your name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Does the AMHA employee responding to your request have permission to enter your dwelling if you are not present?
  • Do you have a pet?
  • Provide a short description of the problem or service request.
  • (Please be as specific as possible.)
