- Normal Requests: Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- After-Hours Emergency Requests: 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - Weekdays
- 24 Hours - Holidays and Weekends

When placing a maintenance request, please be prepared to offer the following information and to answer the questions below:
- Your name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Does the AMHA employee responding to your request have permission to enter your dwelling if you are not present?
- Do you have a pet?
- Provide a short description of the problem or service request.
